In the last days, Jesus Christ will appear as God the Holy Spirit, the Second Coming Christ. However, according to the Bible, the Second Coming Christ will not appear alone, but He will appear with His Bride.

Revelation 22:17 “The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.”

The above verse mentions “The Spirit and the Bride”. According to the teachings of the Bible about the Trinity, the Spirit refers to God the Father, more specifically, the Second Coming Christ. Then, who is the Bride?

Revelation 21:9 “One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”

It is mentioned that the angel will show Apostle John the Bride, the Wife of the Lamb. Let us see what he was shown in the following verse.

Revelation 21:10 “And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.”

What was Apostle John shown by the angel? He was shown the Holy City Jerusalem, coming down from heaven. Thus, we can understand that the Bride, the wife of the Lamb, is Heavenly Jerusalem.

Then, what is our relationship with the Heavenly Jerusalem?

Galatians 4:26 “But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.”

The Jerusalem that is above (in Heaven) is our mother, God the Mother. We must know about Heavenly Jerusalem Mother. Therefore, the Spirit and the Bride who give the water of life to all mankind who are thirsty are our God the Father and God the Mother.

The Bible also teaches that in the last days, Jerusalem Mother is the source of the water of life.

Zechariah 14:8 “On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half of it east to the Dead sea and half of it west to the Mediterranean sea, in summer and in winter.”

In the Old Testament, “On that day” usually referred to the last days, meaning that in the last days Jerusalem will give the water of life. Without forgetting the words in Galatians 4:26, we can easily understand that this is a prophecy of God the Mother giving mankind the water of life in the last days.

Why is it important for the people of God to know this? It is because God appears in every age as the source of the water of life, and in the last days, God the Father appears with His Bride, God the Mother, to give the water of life.

The Source of the Water of Life and God the Mother

Water is crucial for life, and for all living beings to exist, there needs to be a source of water. That is why when there is a drought or water shortages of any kind, people begin to panic. When an announcement is made that water will be shut off, people will make tremendous efforts to secure a source of water so that they may continue to live.

How about spiritual water, the water of life? For our spiritual life, do we make the same amount of effort to find the source of the water of life?

In every age, God appears not only as the Saviour but also as the source of the water of life for the people of God to receive eternal life. Firstly, let us confirm that God the Father appeared as the source of the water of life in the age of the Father.

Jeremiah 2:13 “They have forsaken me, the spring of living water, and have dug their own cisterns, broken cisterns that cannot hold water.”

The one speaking here is God the Father, Jehovah. He exclaims that people have forsaken Him, the spring of living water. This confirms that God the Father, Jehovah, was the source of the water of life in the age of the Father. Then, let us find out who was the source of the water of life in the age of the Son.

John 4:13-14 “Jesus answered “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

When speaking to the Samaritan woman, Jesus explained that the water he gives grants eternal life. Then, we can understand that in the age of the Son, God the Son, Jesus, was the source of the water of life. Then, let us find out who is the source of the water of life in the age of the Holy Spirit. First, let us confirm that it is only God who gives the water of life.

Revelation 21:6 “He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life”

The Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, only refer to God. He alone gives the water of life. In the last days too, God appears to give the water of life.

Revelation 22:17 “The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.”

God the Father and God the Mother, who come as the Spirit and the Bride in the last days, give the water of life, eternal life, to the people of God. As mentioned in Zechariah 14:8, in the Last Days, the water of life flows from Jerusalem Mother. The people of God must know and believe in God the Mother to receive the blessing of eternal life.

In the age of the Holy Spirit, the Second Coming Christ will come. When He appears, He will come together with the Bride, Jerusalem Mother, to give salvation. The people of God living in the age of the Holy Spirit must come and receive the Saviours, the Spirit and the Bride, to receive the free gift of God, the water of life. By doing this, they can receive eternal life, and achieve the goal of their faith, the salvation of their souls.
